Finished all but the grafting of the toes. Need to get them grafted along with the other pairs which are waiting. It will soon be time to start wearing socks again.
Working week done – oh I have not been working this week!
Have a great week-end.

I really need to start posting once again. Will anybody even remember me????
Has been a great week-end, love these bonus days and leisurely wake ups. I have spent it recharging the batteries, chilling with my coffee and knitting. Such a shame the weather was not so good. x
Going to be a hectic 4 days for sure but a break does one good of course and am feeling reinvigorated. Lots planned and lots to get through this week.
I managed to finish a sleeve of Patsy on Saturday and the majority of the left front Sunday. I have today finished the left front and cast on the right front. Patsy could be off the needles this week.
I do have other finished garments to show and plenty of socks which just need the toes seaming.
Happy Knitting.
Jasmine celebrated her first birthday recenly and as a gift I knittted Jake in all season’s cotton from Rowan in blush.
Doesn’t Jasmine look great with her daddy!
Have a great week-end.
Hi all
I am feeling pretty confident we will see Indigo this week!

Kim Hargreaves is one of my favourite designers. Kim was a key performer in Rowan Yarns great success story for over twenty years. A multi-talented knitwear designer she managed the Rowan brand, creating hundreds of individual designs, selecting new yarn colours, master-minding the fashion stories for the magazines and styling the photographs that would inspire people to knit the garments with style. Kim now has her own on-line label with yarns, patterns and trimmings all available by mail order, neatly packaged.
Kim Hargreaves’ latest book is due for release in early April – Indigo.
21 designs for garments and accessories using Rowan yarns including Creative Linen, Pima Cotton, Cotton Glace, Panama, Handknit Cotton, Siena, Kidsilk Haze, Fine Lace, Denim and All Seasons Cotton.
Meanwhile I had better get knitting on all those WIP’s in readiness for release date!
Happy knitting
Anna
This evening I have started Wisdom for the second time! I have knitted 19 rows and so far so good – although a long way still to go. My aim is to get the back knitted this week!

I am rather selective about which knitting books I buy now but when I saw Knitting with The Color Guys: Inspiration, Ideas, and Projects from the Kaffe Fassett Studio I had to part with my money!
It is a lovely book and the pictures are divine.
Knitting has been a little on the quiet side of late but hoping to get back in to it this week. I have a few things I want to knit in March. One of which is these. I have a ball of Cashsoft DK from Rowan in lime.
I also want to knit Wisdom
and I have some felted tweed in grey to do so. I have a trip planned for 31st March and my aim is to “showcase” this.
Off to the hairdressers tomorrow and hoping to finish a sock which will be the 2nd in the pair and the completion of 3 pairs that need grafting!
Have a great week-end.
Anna
